Summer should hurry.

I can't believe the holidays are already over. Here I am once again, sitting in my little apartment, updating my blog with a huge blanket wrapped around me. I am now starting to realize how little pictures I took this year, which is unusual. Christmas was great! Santa was very kind to me this year.

I got a dvd burner for my computer so I can burn the movies I make onto a dvd. Brady also pointed out that it's blue ray or something so I guess I can watch movies in HD on my computer now! Pretty sweet. We did the tradition of going to my grandma and grandpa Davis's for dinner on Christmas Eve and then again for breakfast on Christmas morning. Our family will probably doing that for the next 600 years.

I just don't see how anybody could break it! So during the break Brady was in Washington and other parts of the country, while I was in AZ the whole time. I decided to come back to Utah a little early on New Years Eve because Brady and half his family (including his parents) were here.

New Years Eve was so so fun!! Right when he picked me up from the airport we went straight to downtown Salt Lake. There was a big party called First Night going on outside. It was like 18 degrees. There was a live band, hypnotist, fire dancers, ice skating, art shows, snowboarding movies, hot chocolate and lots of people watching! I thought my toes were going to fall off by the end, but luckily they didn't.

The anticipation for the break, Christmas and New Years is so ridiculous and then all of a sudden it's gone. Next thing you know, we will be posting about 4th of July again! I look forward to that day. So now that the best part of winter is over, I say it's time to start thinking about summer. Winter in AZ isn't that bad, hence the short sleeve shirts outside.

My family is going on a cruise down to Mexico for spring break and Emily already figured out it's 75 days after Jan. 1. That's how much we love the sun. I can't wait for the cruise!!!! And I can't wait for it to be warm again so we can wear our swimsuits all day and every day. What's not to like about summer?!?
